great location nice breakfast attentive staff fast elevators
The hotel has a great location near several subway lines (it was so easy to get around). The included breakfast had pastries, fruit, and coffee, a nice start to the day. I found the staff to be attentive and friendly. The fast elevators were very convenient.
The wifi signal was sometimes weak.

The elevators worked efficiently ensuring minimal wait times to access different floors. The lobby offered an outside seating area. Free luggage storage was available for early arrivals or late departures.

The hotel is near a subway station, which allows for easy access to explore (a great advantage). The neighborhood felt safe even when walking alone at night. Times Square is about 1 kilometer away.

The breakfast was really lacking. The options felt very limited. I also struggled with the WiFi. The signal kept dropping. It made it hard to get any work done.

convenient location super clean room great shower
The location proved convenient (near key spots). the room was super clean and the shower facilities were great. i especially liked the coffee machine. It worked well. the check in and check out processes were also easy.
i noticed the hotel has a very slight issue, some noise from deliveries at night.

the breakfast included tasty pastries, yogurt, and fruit. everything seemed fresh. the coffee from the coffee machine was especially notable, starting the day well (i am grateful!).

the room featured working air conditioning and hot water. the tv had a good selection of channels. i also found that the wifi worked effectively in most areas of the hotel.

the hotel is within walking distance of several attractions. penn station and times square are easily accessible. the hotel is also close to the floral district with nice surroundings.
