The hotel has a great location near several subway lines (it was so easy to get around). The included breakfast had pastries, fruit, and coffee, a nice start to the day. I found the staff to be attentive and friendly.
The wifi signal was sometimes weak.

The hotel is near a subway station, which allows for easy access to explore (a great advantage). The neighborhood felt safe even when walking alone at night. Times Square is about 1 kilometer away.

The location proved convenient (near key spots). the room was super clean and the shower facilities were great. i especially liked the coffee machine. It worked well. the check in and check out processes were also easy.
i noticed the hotel has a very slight issue, some noise from deliveries at night.

the breakfast included tasty pastries, yogurt, and fruit. everything seemed fresh. the coffee from the coffee machine was especially notable, starting the day well (i am grateful!).
